Song Rise Sessions isn't just a well-curated concert with a handful of Austin’s favorite acts, it’s also a launching ground for the next class of heavyweight artists. You may not know them all yet, but you likely will soon.

2025’s event featured performances from acclaimed local artists including Tiny Desk favorite and alt-pop songwriter Somebody Someone, "genre-hopping hustler" (Austin Chronicle) Quentin, KUTX Artist of the Month rapper Anastasia Hera, and KUTX Artist of the Month bedroom pop artist Skateland.

They shared the stage with seven rising young artists from the Song Rise Arts Thrive ProgramEddie Angel, Kira, Luna, Cherri, Zachquietdwn, Yen and Gem, — representing genres ranging from alt-R&B and bedroom pop to soulful pop en Español.
